What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
* Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
* Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy offers
* Generating landlord leads and securing new instructions
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in
* Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience within Residential Lettings essential
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience generating business and winning instructions
* Confident carrying out market appraisals at Senior level
* Good understanding of lettings legislation and processes
* Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
* Knowledge of the Dorking and Surrey market advantageous
* Full UK Driving Licence essential and own vehicle preferred
