Jameson Legal is working with a highly respected commercial law firm that is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded Lawyer to work across the full spectrum of employment law - including advisory, contentious and transactional matters - within a collaborative and well-supported team.
You'll advise a broad range of clients, from major corporates and public sector organisations to senior executives, HR professionals and in-house counsel. The work will include employment documentation, disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, TUPE and redundancy projects, and employment support on corporate transactions.
You'll have between one and four years' PQE, with demonstrable experience across both contentious and non-contentious work, and the confidence to manage your own matters with appropriate supervision. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a practical, solutions-driven mindset are key.
