Moore Concrete, with over 190 employees, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Factory Projects Coordinator to lead digital transformation initiatives across factory operations.
Role Overview:
* Lead the rollout and adoption of Factory Track and other operational IT systems.
* Work with software tools, production teams, and management to ensure smooth implementation and training.
* Support ongoing system support to enhance efficiency and transparency on the shop floor.
Salary & Schedule:
* £30,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
* Immediate starts available
* 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project rollout of Factory Track for shop floor and quality operations.
* Configure user accounts, test systems, and train users for successful adoption.
* Design and implement product labelling using Bar Tender software.
* Set up dashboards, data views, and factory displays.
* Integrate time-tracking and production monitoring systems.
* Support implementation of additional modules like Maintenance, Quality, Service, and Warehouse Mobility.
* Provide training and ongoing support to staff and management.
* Propose process improvements and digital solutions aligned with operational goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project transitions.
Candidate Criteria:
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
* Understanding of databases and software tables.
* Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and training skills.
* Commercial awareness and cross-department collaboration ability.
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably Infor Syteline).
* Knowledge of KPI-driven environments.
* Ability to create dashboards or digital reports.
