About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Watford office. This is a busy and varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating engineers, supporting the wider team, and assisting directors with administrative and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate will be confident using computer systems, able to type quickly and accurately, and have excellent attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries with professionalism, both by phone and email.
* Log, track, and manage jobs using internal booking software.
* Input and maintain engineers' timesheets and job materials data.
* Assist with booking engineers and managing team calendars.
* Provide PA support to directors as required.
* Prepare reports, letters, agendas, and other documents using Microsoft Word.
* Manage and analyse spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
* Organise and maintain office filing systems and documentation for easy retrieval.
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and agendas.
* Provide administrative support across departments, ensuring smooth workflow.
