Job Title: New Home Sales Advisor

Type: Full-Time (Thursday to Monday)

We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused New Home Sales Advisor to join our team in York. If you have a passion for property and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Working Thursday through Monday, you’ll play a key part in helping buyers find their dream home while delivering outstanding service and driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers throughout the buying journey – from first enquiry to final completion
* Present new homes with confidence and professionalism, highlighting key features and benefits
* Build strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams
* Use CRM systems to track enquiries and progress sales
* Maintain the presentation and marketing of the show home and sales area
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in new home sales or a similar customer-facing sales role
* Professional, proactive, and highly organised
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong IT skills and confident using sales and CRM software
* A reliable team player who can also work independently
* Flexible with weekend working – Thursday to Monday schedule is required
