What Makes This Role Exciting
CloudPay is seeking an Alliance Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and accelerating alliance and partner initiatives that drive growth through strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will help shape and execute programs that expand partner engagement and generate measurable business impact.
The Alliance Campaign Manager combines strong partner marketing expertise with commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to execution. You will focus on enabling partners while delivering measurable pipeline outcomes. Your mission is to attract, recruit, enable, and activate strategic partners, while driving joint customer pipeline growth through coordinated marketing programs.
You will design and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns that position CloudPay effectively within the partner ecosystem, align our capabilities with partner service offerings, and generate high-quality sourced and influenced pipeline.
This role works cross-functionally with Alliances, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Operations teams. Success will be measured by partner engagement, seller activation, sourced and influenced pipeline, and overall contribution to revenue growth targets.
Main Responsibilities
Research the global payroll market, competitive landscape and partner ecosystem to develop a deep understanding of alliance opportunities and partner value propositions.
Develop multi-channel campaign plans and strategies aligned with alliance revenue goals and the partner lifecycle, including recruitment, enablement and pipeline acceleration.
Develop an annual alliance campaign plan aligned with alliance priorities, go-to-market initiatives, timelines and budgets. Produce written campaign briefs outlining clear objectives tied to partner engagement, activation and pipeline growth.
Clearly position the CloudPay value proposition to prospective and existing partners, aligning CloudPay capabilities to partner service offerings.
Develop and execute partner recruitment campaigns targeting priority service and technology partners.
Equip partners with sales tools, messaging and training materials to support co-selling success.
Target and activate priority partner sellers through coordinated marketing programs and collaboration with Business Development representatives.
Run nurture campaigns for partner referrals to improve lead conversion and accelerate pipeline velocity.
Drive demand to partner with existing customers and prospects through integrated campaigns and BDR outreach.
Deliver joint campaigns and events with the top service partners to generate awareness and qualified opportunities.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns through digital channels, email, webinars, in-person events and account-based tactics in support of alliance growth.
Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to measure and report on campaign performance, including sourced and influenced pipeline metrics.
Collaborate closely with Alliances, Sales and Business Development teams to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up of partner-generated opportunities.
Experience Needed For This Role
BA or BS in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Extensive full-time marketing experience required.
Experience in alliance, channel or partner marketing strongly preferred.
Experience with enterprise SaaS or technology solutions preferred.
Strong commercial focus with a clear understanding of revenue contribution, pipeline management and performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner and joint marketing initiatives.
Experience partnering with global Sales, Business Development and Alliances teams to coordinate and deploy joint go to market programs.
Strong planning, tracking and project management skills. Experience with is a plus.
Proven analytical skills using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data and communicate results.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and shift workload to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.
Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of alliance initiatives in a high-growth environment.
