Lakes Electrical Services Ltd are looking to recruit a Level 3 Electrical Installation Apprentice to join their team in January/February! Lakes Electrical is a trusted electrical services provider, delivering high-quality installations, maintenance and repairs for residential, commercial and industrial clients. As an apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance of experienced electricians to learn this trade, develop technical skills and gain practical experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in the electrical industry while earning qualifications through structured training. Key Responsibilities Assist qualified electricians with installations, maintenance and repair of electrical systems. Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and safety procedures. Carry tools, materials and equipment to job sites and ensure proper setup. Support testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and components. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety regulations. Attend training sessions and complete coursework required for apprenticeship certification. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and progress toward becoming a fully qualified electrician. Skills & Personal Qualities Strong interest in electrical work and technical problem-solving. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Relatability, punctuality and a positive attitude. Qualifications GCSE grade 4/C is desirable but not essential. Working hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-11.30am Benefits
