Job Title: Project Administrator - 2 year contract.
Location: Site based
Role:
To provide admin and organisational support to the on site project team, ensuring documentation is well managed, the site office runs smoothly, and reports and trackers are kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
* General office admin support (typing, filing, minutes, document formatting)
* Assist with document control and information management using Procore
* Maintain trackers and registers for the project team
* Help coordinate and compile Monthly Progress Reports
* Support in compiling Health & Safety and O&M files
* Ensure the office is tidy, stocked, and running efficiently
* Greet guests and manage meeting bookings
* Capture and organise site progress photos
* Provide any other admin support as needed by the team
Skills & Experience:
* Intermediate Excel (required)
* Experience using Procore or other document systems (desirable)
* Good minute-taking and writing skills
* Strong organisation and time management
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is required.
