iO Associates seeks a Building and Construction Project Leader for the Broughton site. Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, risk management, CAPEX business cases, and coordination through to project close.
* Prepare detailed design briefs, technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates for building services, refurbishment, and plant replacement projects.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and design teams while developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* Oversee site installations, ensuring technical compliance, health & safety standards, and effective use of tools like MS Project, SharePoint, and G Suite.
