Title: Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Surgical Oncology - Nights
Schedule: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Location: Florence, Alabama

Surgical Services at North Alabama Medical Center includes 15 surgical suites, 6 Endoscopy Rooms, 6 Pre-Admission Testing rooms, and 30 same-day surgery rooms. Our team consists of highly trained professionals committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care from pre-op to discharge.

Your Contributions:
You will utilize your specialized plan-of-care interventions and serve as a patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys and leveraging cutting-edge technology to impact patient well-being.
Qualifications:
* Current state RN license
* Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
* ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
* One year of experience preferred
Responsibilities:
* Provide and coordinate patient care, ensuring safety and quality outcomes
* Assess patient needs, plan, and collaborate with healthcare team
* Execute physician orders and supervise nursing interventions
* Advocate for patients, especially when they cannot express their needs
* Ensure clinical results, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness
