Join our dynamic warehouse team and be part of a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in material handling, loading and unloading vehicles, operating relevant machinery, stock management, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This full-time position is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with comprehensive product training and ongoing support provided. Guillotine operation experience essential.
Responsibilities
* Guillotine operator main responsibility
* Process, package and load orders accurately and safely
* Load vehicles in a safe and efficient way, complying with vehicle regulations
* Organise stock efficiently
* Inspect products for defects and damages
* Receive, unload and place incoming material appropriately
* Check, verify and fill customer invoices
* Operate warehouse machinery when required
* Abide by Company Health and Safety Policy and Safe Working Practices
* Keep warehouse clean and organised daily
* Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimise warehousing procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience as a guillotine operator
* Proven warehouse experience
* Team player with organisational skills
* Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
* Reliable and dependable
* Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
* Literacy and Numeracy skills
* IT Skills
