We are recruiting a National Fleet Aftersales Business Development Manager to support our customers and grow our parts and service business across the UK.
As our National Fleet Aftersales Business Development Manager, you will manage a portfolio of key fleet accounts and prospects, developing strong relationships that go beyond sales. Your focus will be on maximizing parts and service opportunities, increasing volumes and margins, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects Renault Trucks' standards of excellence.

You should have experience building relationships at all levels, from directors to workshop teams. Experience in aftermarket/parts sales in buses, coaches, light commercial vehicles, or plant machinery is desirable.
You bring:
* A proven sales record
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Negotiation and analytical skills
* Knowledge of legal and financial protocols
* A valid UK driving licence
* Customer focus and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
You will report to the Head of Parts and Commercial Support and work closely with the National Key Account Manager, dealer network, and colleagues across the UK and France.
What You Will Do
* Manage a portfolio of fleet customers, driving parts and service revenue
* Coordinate with key account managers to create sales strategies
* Collaborate with dealer networks for support
* Provide updates on fleet activities and sales performance
* Use Renault Trucks IT tools for quotations and sales management
* Negotiate agreements to create value for customers and Renault Trucks
