Responsibilities
* Mechanically fit and assemble components according to technical drawings and customer specifications.
* Perform quality checks on finished products.
* Meet monthly delivery targets.
* Produce customer-compliant products using quality controls.
* Interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, and bill of materials to produce compliant products.
* Report quality concerns and kit shortages to the mechanical team lead.
* Verify goods inward material is correct to drawing requirements pre-assembly operations.
* Ensure safe working practices are always met while adhering to the health and safety policy.
* Contribute to continuous improvement.
Person
* Experience working in a similar role or a keen interest in developing new skills in precision mechanical engineering.
* Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Experience in manual drilling, reaming, and tapping is preferred.
* Experience in deburr operations is desirable.
* Background working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
