3. Plan, execute, and finalise audits for a diverse portfolio of clients.
4. Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure quality and efficiency in audits.
6. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance audit quality.
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing professional advice.
8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
9. Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
10. Support the Audit Manager with ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Assistant Manager should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
12. Strong technical knowledge in accounting and auditing standards.
13. Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
14. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
