Registered Nurse 23.50 per hour Rotation of day and night shifts 44 Hours per week

What We’re Looking For
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
* Proven experience in a similar nursing role ideally nursing home setting.
* Strong knowledge of nursing principles procedures and best practices.
* Excellent communication critical thinking and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse healthcare team.
* Empathy patience and a genuine commitment to holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients following best practices ethical standards and healthcare policies.
* Administer medications perform clinical procedures and manage individual care plans accurately and safely.
* Monitor record and report changes in patients conditions collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team.
* Provide education and guidance to patients and families on health conditions treatments and preventive care.
* Maintain detailed patient records to ensure continuity and quality of care.
* Ensure safe use of medical equipment and adherence to infection control protocols.
* Participate in ongoing professional development training and quality improvement initiatives.
* Advocate for patients rights dignity and well-being with a compassionate culturally sensitive approach.
