Your Day to Day
* Act as shift lead – mentoring, coaching, and inspiring the team.
* Be the problem‑solver, motivator, and role model for the children in care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create child‑centred care plans.
* Support children with homework, outdoor activities, and consistent presence.
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Experience in residential care or similar settings, handling challenging behaviours.
* Energy, resilience, and a can‑do attitude that inspires others.
