What we're looking for: Are you passionate about people, fast-paced service, and creating a great atmosphere on game day? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you! We’re on the lookout for friendly, energetic individuals to join our casual Match Day team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a busy bar environment who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a lively, customer-facing role.
You’ll be someone who works well in a team, communicates confidently with guests, and can stay calm and professional during high-volume service. Previous bar or hospitality experience is required, especially in fast-paced or event settings.
A day in the life: You'll be part of our vibrant Match Day team, serving drinks and snacks to fans and guests in a dynamic, high-energy setting. From pulling pints to preparing the bar and ensuring swift, friendly service throughout, you’ll be a key part of delivering a fantastic experience to every guest. Shifts will align with home game schedules and may include evenings and weekends.
Preparing and setting up the bar ahead of match day crowds
Serving a high volume of drinks quickly and accurately
Taking and processing orders through the till system (cash and card handling)
Providing excellent customer service in a fast-moving environment
Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised during busy shifts
Working closely with the rest of the F&B and stadium team to ensure a smooth service
Assisting in other areas of the venue as needed, supporting your teammates
Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
