General Description
Lancaster University is inviting applications for a Research Associate / Senior Research Associate position to contribute to a funded research project within a dynamic and interdisciplinary academic environment. Eligibility Criteria
* Applicants must hold a PhD (or be near completion) in a relevant discipline appropriate to the research project.
* For the Senior Research Associate level, substantial postdoctoral experience and a strong publication record are expected.
Required Expertise/Skills
* Demonstrated experience in conducting high-quality academic research
* Strong analytical and methodological skills relevant to the project area
* Proven ability to publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals
* Experience in managing research tasks and meeting project deadlines
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in supervising students or junior researchers (desirable for senior level)

Salary Details
Salary will be commensurate with experience and aligned with Lancaster University’s salary scales for Research Associate or Senior Research Associate positions.
