We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to work alongside the Catering Manager near Preston at an established multi-faceted business - part of a national UK company catering for large groups serving company core to spec menus. You will have experience working in high-volume catering/restaurant operations.
You might be an assistant/deputy manager looking to step up.
You need your own transport.

A background managing/working in high volume catering/restaurant operations
A hands-on lead from the front approach
An understanding of cost, budget and labour controls
A very keen eye for detail and passion for high standards
Excellent communication, supervisory and training skills

RESTAURANT MANAGER YOU WILL:
Work alongside and deputise for the catering manager
Supervise and motive the team
Help to control costs, budgets, labour and stock
Give consistently excellent customer service
Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
