Team Leader Opportunity - Tamworth Area
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse operation in the Tamworth area.
Location: Tamworth / Dordon
Shift Pattern: Sunday-Thursday
Hours: 10:00-18:30
Pay Rate
£13.90 per hour for the first 12 weeks (probation period)
£14.70 per hour after 12 weeks
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the daily warehouse operation
* Managing and motivating a team
* Monitoring productivity and performance
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
* Assisting management with operational tasks and reporting
Requirements
* Previous Team Leader or supervisory warehouse experience
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations
