REPLENISHMENT MANAGER - LINCOLN
Are you currently a Department Manager, Retail Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager looking for your next step? We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Lincoln. This is a full-time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.
Responsibilities
* Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards and ways of working
* Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently
* Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
* Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
* Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability and excellent customer service
About You / Qualifications
* Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail, hospitality or logistics environment
* Effective communication and organisational skills
* The ability to think on your feet
* A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
* A strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI’s
