About The Role
Outwood Academy Kirkby seeks a highly effective and strategic leader to assume the critical role of Head of Humanities. This post requires an experienced, dynamic professional ideally a Geography specialist, dedicated to ensuring exceptional educational outcomes across History and Geography. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and rigorous assessment of a high‑quality curriculum, driving continuous improvement in teaching standards and student attainment. With the support of Trust leads you will lead and manage a dedicated team, fostering an environment of academic excellence and professional development.
