Lettings Negotiator
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking property company who are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their vibrant team. Based in a stylish, modern office in the heart of Central Bristol, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about property and people.
This role would suit a driven individual who enjoys building relationships, exceeding targets, and playing a key role in helping tenants find their perfect home.
Key Responsibilities
o Conducting property viewings and following up with applicants to maximise lets
o Liaising with landlords and tenants to successfully match applicants with suitable properties
o Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and applicants
o Advising landlords and tenants on rental values, market conditions, and lettings legislation
o Managing the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in, including referencing and tenancy agreements
o Ensuring all properties meet compliance requirements and are marketed to a high standard
o Keeping applicant databases and CRM systems accurate and up to date
o Handling enquiries confidently and professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face
Essential Skills & Experience
o Minimum 2 years’ experience in a competitive, customer-facing role (lettings experience highly desirable)
o Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
o Target-driven with a strong customer-first mindset
o A genuine passion for property and lettings
o Solid understanding of lettings regulations and processes
o Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
o Good local knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas (or living within 5 miles)
o Full, clean UK driving licence
