Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role based in
Skipton, North Yorkshire
, with flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Planning Director, you will:
* Lead and deliver
complex planning projects, both independently and as part of integrated, multidisciplinary teams.
* Build strong client relationships
, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, high-quality solutions.
* Drive business development
, identifying opportunities and contributing to the growth of our services.
* Ensure quality and consistency
, maintaining high standards across all aspects of project delivery.
* Mentor and support
junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
* At least 7 years' post-qualification experience
in planning, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
* RTPI accreditation
and a strong understanding of UK planning policy and practice.
* A
track record of successful project delivery
, especially in rural or sensitive environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders confidently.
* A
