Learning and Development Facilitator

We are seeking internal candidates to join our team as a Learning and Development Facilitator to oversee the coordination and delivery of training programs for all employees across various locations in England.
Your role and responsibilities – Learning and Development Facilitator
* The role is home-based, with travel within North England. Ideally, you will be based within an easy commute of North Yorkshire.
* You will work closely with the Learning and Development manager to ensure that training is coordinated effectively and delivered to a high standard.
* You will promote the safeguarding of children, reflect the company's values, and ensure that role‑model behaviours are in keeping with our therapeutic approach to care.
* You will participate in the design and delivery of face‑to‑face induction training for new employees and support the Learning and Development manager to promote e‑learning and other essential training courses.
* Using our training software, you will record, collate, and analyse training attendance.

* Your salary will be £38,223.00 per annum, pro rata
* Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
* You will receive 28 days of annual leave per annum, pro rata

Essential Qualities that we look for include:
* Experience in delivering training
* Previous experience, training or qualifications gained in the care sector
* Highly responsible and accountable when it comes to safeguarding children and young people
* A creative ability towards learning and having fun
* Passionate about pursuing a career in learning and development within the care sector
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in IT skills and experience in using PowerPoint and Microsoft packages
* A full, valid UK driving licence
* Must be willing to travel and have access to transport
Desirable Qualities include:
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training
* Experience in Residential Child Care
