We currently have an exciting opportunityfor an Electronics Technicianto join a leadingengineering companybased in Southampton.


Introduction

The primary role of the Electronics Technicianwill involvePCB assembly, wiring and final build of the products.Training and development will be provided for the right candidate with transferable skills.


Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Lead Assembly Technician, you will be required to work on electronic assemblies, final build and basic test. This will include soldering PCB's, basic wiring and using the systems to input data and log results.


Ideal Experience:

* Assembly within an electronics / electrical environment
* Soldering -IPC soldering qualification would be beneficial.
* Wiring (basic) - understanding of wiring diagrams
* Engineering drawings
* Hand tool exposure
* PC Literate


Salary -£26,000

Hours: Day Shift Monday to Friday
