We have anexciting opportunity for a Dentist to join our Dental Education Facilities in Plymouth.
The post holder will provide high quality NHS dental services in amultidisciplinary and innovative clinical environment. Patients may be referredvia student teaching clinics, either for treatments more complex than can bemanaged by students, or to complete courses of treatment which cannot becompleted by students because of time constraints. You may also be involved intriage sessions to identify suitable patients for students to treat.
Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities
Provideclinically appropriate, high quality NHS dental treatment to patients,following all relevant standards and guidelines.
MaintainPDSE standards of clinical governance, including infection control, patientconfidentiality, clinical record keeping, etc.
Regularlycarry out audits of clinical treatment.
Ensurehealth and safety procedures are observed at all times
Supportthe work of the whole dental team employed by PDSE
Person Specification
Experience
* Demonstrable clinical experience in an NHS practice
* Active in clinical dental practice
* Broad experience in a wide range of treatments
