Your new role
You will lead the execution of the organisation’s content and social media strategy, delivering engaging, data-driven campaigns that bring the brand to life across all digital channels.
You will take ownership of social media performance, overseeing content planning, campaign integration, and storytelling across platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners, you’ll ensure content is high quality, on-brand, and aligned to wider marketing andmunications objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing social media strategy, editorial calendars, and content pipelines
2. Leading and developing a team of content specialists
3. Delivering innovative, multichannel campaigns across social and digital platforms
4. Driving audience engagement through data insights, analytics, and social listening
5. Ensuring brand consistency andpliance across all content outputs
6. Acting as the organisation’s social media expert and champion for best practice and innovation
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong blend of creativity, leadership, and analytical thinking, alongside proven experience in social media marketing or digital content roles.
You’ll ideally have:
7. A degree in marketing /munications, or relevant experience
8. Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand management
9. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies
10. Experience leading creative teams and managing content production workflows
11. Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills across multiple formats
12. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns
13. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
14. Passion for innovation, emerging trends, and creative content delivery
