What You'll Do:
1. Deliver engaging and structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Help students strengthen their problem-solving, numeracy, and exam skills
3. Adjust your teaching to meet a wide range of abilities, including SEND and SEMH learners
4. Collaborate closely with the Maths department and pastoral staff to support student achievement
5. Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
About You:
6. Strong knowledge of Maths across KS3 and KS4
7. Experience working with young people in schools, tutoring, or similar settings (helpful but not essential)
8. Confident in front of a classroom with excellent communication skills
9. Organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed
10. Degree in Mathematics or a related field is a bonus but not required
