The Estates department is seeking an experienced Electrician to join the team in supporting UHI Perth as a fantastic place to study. Based at the Crieff Road campus, the Estates team maintains first‑class facilities through ongoing maintenance and continual improvement, including daily operational tasks and refurbishment projects. The postholder will contribute to high‑quality learning and working environments by ensuring all electrical services are maintained to statutory and operational standards. They will also take responsibility for overseeing and managing external contractors. Reporting directly to the Estates Manager, the role involves delivering maintenance and project work across all campus buildings, the Halls of Residence and other College facilities.
