We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bartending and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
* Engage with customers, providing recommendations and assistance to enhance their experience.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
* Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Delivering prepared meals to customers.
Skills
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
* Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential.
* Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques, are preferred.
* A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
16hours increase seasonally.

Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
