They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in both winning new clients and nurturing long-term partnerships. This is a hybrid role that combines account management and business development, giving you the chance to retain and grow existing accounts while driving new client wins. You’ll sell across a broad portfolio including coffee machines, water taps, consumables, and maintenance contracts — shaping solutions that transform workplaces. What You’ll Be Doing
* Identifying and winning new office/workplace clients
* Managing and expanding existing client accounts, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities
* Leading the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → negotiate → close
* Collaborating with operations and marketing teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience (4+ years)
* Strong track record in both new business development and account management
* Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Confident communicator and presenter
* Self-starter with resilience, drive, and CRM proficiency
* (Desirable) Experience in coffee, hospitality, or facilities sectors
