We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join our team in a part-time internal sales support role. Key Responsibilities:
* Follow up on quotations to ensure timely progress and maintain customer engagement.
* Communicate professionally with customers and prospects via phone and email.
* Identify potential new companies and projects to generate leads.
* Schedule meetings and coordinate communication between customers and the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity within the CRM system.
* Support general sales administration tasks and assist in managing enquiries.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles (preferably B2B).
* Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
