HLTA - PPA Cover (KS1 & KS2) Knutsford Area Temporary Role | 4 Days per Week to July Premier Education is recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide PPA cover across KS1 and KS2 at a welcoming primary school in the Knutsford area. The school is looking to appoint an HLTA to start either before or after the Easter break, depending on availability. Role Details: Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Knutsford area Start Date: Before or after Easter (flexible) Contract: Temporary Working Pattern: 4 days per week Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned PPA lessons across KS1 and KS2 Confidently manage whole classes in the absence of the class teacher Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive learning environment Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders Contribute positively to the wider life of the school Requirements: HLTA status - essential Proven experience covering classes across KS1 and KS2 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Professional, adaptable, and reliable approach All applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS and reference checks in line with safer recruitment practices.
