Your Impact as Deputy Manager in Paignton:
Working closely with the Home Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the service and the success of the dedicated staff team. Your responsibilities will include:
Empowering and supervising junior staff to create a cohesive and supportive environment.
Championing the highest standards of care, addressing the diverse physical, behavioral, and emotional needs of young people.
Collaborating on vital placement and risk management plans.
Facilitating engaging daily activities, including community outings, clubs, and promoting independence and positive social interactions.

What You'll Bring:
ESSENTIAL: NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Services (or equivalent).
ESSENTIAL: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a Children's Residential Support Work environment.
Full UK Driving Licence (for transporting young people).
Must be over 21 years of age.
Commitment to working towards or having already achieved your Level 5 qualification.
