The Opportunity As a Team Manager for Building Services Apprenticeships, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring high performance and continuous development. You will oversee the recruitment and safeguarding of apprentices and uphold outstanding achievement rates. By collaborating with curriculum partners and employers, you will drive innovative approaches to meet local needs. Your responsibilities include managing resources, budgets, and data to achieve targets, while maintaining high standards of health & safety, and continuous improvement.
