The Role We are recruiting a hands-on Group Marketing Manager for a growingbased in Leeds. This is a delivery-focused role, not a large-team or purely strategic position. You will take ownership of marketing activity across several businesses within the group, working closely with senior leaders and playing a central role in how the organisation presents itself to clients, partners and stakeholders. The role would suit an experienced Marketing Manager looking for broader responsibility, visibility and influence within an entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing Delivery Create and manage marketing content including website copy, thought leadership, presentations, proposals and client materials Own day-to-day marketing activity across the group Support senior leaders with messaging, positioning and personal profile content Brand and Communications Maintain consistent branding, tone of voice and messaging across multiple entities Translate complex professional services concepts into clear, credible communications Digital Marketing Manage websites, LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels Plan, post and review content performance Work with external designers and suppliers where required Events and Relationship Marketing Plan and deliver partner events, client dinners, roundtables and social events Manage venues, suppliers, budgets and logistics Work closely with senior stakeholders on guest lists, themes and follow-up activity Campaigns and Business Support Deliver practical marketing initiatives to support business development and growth Contribute to pitch documents, client communications and strategic projects Performance and Improvement Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and event activity Refine approach based on feedback and results Skills and Experience Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role Background in professional services, advisory, financial services or a comparable environment preferred Strong written communication skills and confidence producing content personally Experience planning and delivering professional events Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders in an owner-led business Personal Attributes Organised, detail-focused and reliable Commercially aware and relationship-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities Proactive, practical and delivery-focused Why Apply?
