Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. You’ll turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales. This will involve picking up a broom or paint brush! You’ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure we’re compliant.
