We have an excellent opportunity for someone to play an integral role in delivering the Wales & Western framework. This role focuses on the development, design, and commissioning of enhancements and new stations across the region. You should be comfortable managing a portfolio of £50m in works and have previous experience with Network Rail infrastructure.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities
* Customers: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet their expectations, keeping them informed, engaged, and delighted with project performance, thereby improving their experience around our infrastructure projects.
* Brand: Promote the company's culture and lead by example by demonstrating our values and behaviors in all interactions with the team, suppliers, and customers. Foster a culture of professionalism and quality.
* Leadership: Fully accountable for leading the package team, developing and empowering team members, and promoting a safety culture focused on leadership at all levels, ensuring everyone goes home safe, every day.
* People: Create an environment that encourages growth and development, ensuring team engagement, responsibility, and high performance while maintaining safety and health standards. Foster collaboration with the supply chain for shared learning, risks, and rewards.
* Process: Develop and adhere to efficient systems and processes that support lean delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation, ensuring compliance with legislative, company, and customer policies within a governance framework.
* Financial: Take accountability for profit and loss on a portfolio of projects, delivering profitable outcomes aligned with annual targets, customer efficiency targets, and sustainable growth.

Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in Project or Contracts Management, with knowledge across disciplines such as groundworks, RC structures, steelwork, and building.
* Experience working within a Rail environment.
* Proven track record of managing projects or a portfolio exceeding £50 million.
* Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training.
