Your new role
What you'll do:
* Weekly communication with the team
* Monthly Toolbox Talks
* Work closely with engineers to ensure station compliance & site inspections
* Ensure PPMs are delivered on time
* Compile weekly timesheets to monitor productivity
* Address site issues as they arise
* Review reports from engineers for accuracy
* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient work
* Review RAMS where applicable
* Quote reactive and remedial works
What you'll need:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* IOSH certification preferred but not essential
* Training in NEBOSH and experience with CDM Regulations
* Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
* Record keeping skills (not essential)
* Ability to prepare work estimates
* Proficiency with IT systems
Who we’re looking for:
To work as part of a flexible team providing high-quality hard FM services across the UHND site. The post holder, primarily an Electrician, will ensure all maintenance tasks meet statutory standards, and will be responsible for fault diagnosis, testing, and repair of engineering plant and equipment, including electrical distribution, lighting, fire detection, building control, automation, and standby generators.
