Positions Available • SEN Teachers • Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) • Teaching Assistants (TAs) We are recruiting a large number of staff for immediate starts to support a range of specialist schools, including those supporting pupils with autism (ASC), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties. Pay Rates • Support Staff (LSA/TA): £13.75 per hour • Qualified SEN Teachers: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum (pay to scale) What We’re Looking For • A genuine passion for working with children with SEN • Patience, empathy, and resilience • Reliability and strong communication skills • Experience in SEN settings is desirable, but not essential for support roles • QTS required for teaching roles • A driving licence is not essential, but would be beneficial Compliance Requirements All applicants must have (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check.
