2. Evaluating current product operations in service to improve reliability.
3. Providing definitions to stakeholders such as manufacturing, project customers, and analysis teams, in accordance with policies using conventional and future approaches like Model Based Definition.
4. Developing tool sets, methods, standards, and best practices for sub-systems and components, and capturing lessons learned.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Design Engineer in a regulated industry, ideally aerospace or defense.
* Technical knowledge of mechanical design methodologies and understanding of cross-disciplinary concepts including manufacturing, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, thermal and mechanical analysis, cost engineering, and product definition.
* Experience with Siemens NX (or equivalent CAD software), Teamcenter, or other PLM suites is desirable but not essential.
If interested and qualified, please apply via the provided link. Note that a UK Security Check (SC) may be required, and Rolls-Royce will support your application if needed.
