Job Advertisement: Pupil Data, Systems & Liaison
Location: Ascot
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 52 Weeks per Year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 (35 hours per week)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pupil Data, Systems & Liaison to join our client and play a key role in supporting the integration and ongoing support of pupils across the prestigious school.
This vital role sits at the heart of administrative operations, and the successful applicant will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with staff, pupils, and parents, managing a range of key systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of school life.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Admissions Register
Oversee and update timetable data
Administer key school platforms including iSAMS, Evolve, SchoolCloud, eDofE, and UpLearn
Support effective parent communication
Provide safeguarding and SEND administration support
Minute-taking for meetings
Provide occasional reception cover as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and data management skills
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to liaise professionally and sensitively with all stakeholders
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
Desirable:
Previous experience in a school or educational environment
Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and SEND support
Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality best practices
