Strategic Planning:
o Develop construction strategies and plans in alignment with project objectives and client requirements
o Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
o Establish construction methodologies and standards to ensure quality and efficiency

Project Management:
o Lead and oversee all phases of the construction process from pre-construction to project closeout
o Coordinate with project managers, PMCs and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
o Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement corrective actions as necessary
o Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures

Stakeholder Coordination:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders regarding construction-related matters
o Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure alignment and address concerns
o Manage expectations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders

Quality Assurance and Control:
o Establish quality assurance processes and standards for construction activities
Lead the delivery of G+70 commercial offices delivery for a giga project|Contribute to the KSA Vision 2030
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
* Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial office projects
* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
* Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are desirable.
* Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED certification is a plus
