* Take end-to-end ownership of engineering model and system development for advanced propulsion systems.
* Develop and maintain system-level requirements and compliance matrices.
* Lead technical reviews (PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR) and milestone documentation.
* Generate test plans and provide engineering support during system testing.
* Conduct thermal and mechanical analyses to validate system performance.
* Interface with manufacturing teams to review processes and approve build data.
* Develop component-level requirements and support design verification.
Propulsion EngineerRequirements
* Degree in Engineering & industry experience in propulsion systems.
* Strong knowledge of bipropellant rocket engines and thrusters.
* Experience with regeneratively cooled combustion chamber design.
* Proficiency in thermal analysis and mechanical system evaluation.
* Understanding of manufacturing processes for propulsion systems.
* Ability to interpret technical requirements and verify compliance.
* Skilled in problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
