The Role
We're looking for someone to help and support with the ownership of our
eBay channel
, while also supporting growth on Amazon and B&Q Marketplace. You'll handle everything from listings to advertising, catalogue management, pricing, and scaling. This is a hands-on role where you'll build tools, playbooks, and systems to drive growth.
What You'll Do
* Own P&L and performance for eBay, and assist with Amazon & B&Q Marketplace
* Manage and optimise product listings: titles, descriptions, item specifics, images, A+ content (for Amazon)
* Catalogue management: bulk uploads, suppression troubleshooting, content updates, SKU mapping
* Advertising & promotions: run and optimize campaigns (eBay Promoted Listings standard/advanced, Amazon PPC, B&Q ads)
* Pricing & margin control: implement repricing strategies, monitor fees, shipping, returns to protect profit
* Sales growth: identify opportunities, test new formats, bundles, cross-sell, upsell
* Operational metrics: maintain top seller metrics (defect rate, on-time dispatch, valid tracking), reduce cancellations/returns
* Inventory & sync: ensure stock data is accurate across channels, monitor lead times, handle feed/tool integrations
* Analytics & reporting: build dashboards, run A/B tests, measure conversion, ASP, RoAS, and present insights
* Process & automation: document, refine, and scale what works; identify automation or tooling opportunities
Who You Are
* 3+ years' experience managing eBay (or marketplace) accounts, with tangible growth results
* Deep knowledge of Seller Hub, eBay promotions, item specifics, search, and ranking factors
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing, PPC, catalogue health) and ideally B&Q Marketplace or other retail channels
* Comfortable working with data: Excel (pivot tables, LOOKUPs), analytics tools, BI dashboards
* Commercially savvy: understands unit economics, margin, cost structures
* Strong attention to detail: listings, compliance, product attributes must be clean and correct
* Process mindset: you build SOPs, document best practices, and scale operations
* Good communicator: able to present data and influence cross-functional teams
