THE ROLE:
We are seeking an expert Social Strategist to lead Social Strategy, Content Planning, Best Practices, and Organic & Paid Social Media Principles, with a solid understanding of Influencer Marketing.
Client handling and management experience are essential for this role.
Key Collaborations:
This person will work closely with the Haircare Associate, P&G Haircare Lead, and Head of Influencer. They will also coordinate with leads across the P&G portfolio to identify social opportunities and respond to briefs. Additionally, they will oversee the Social & Influence teams and collaborate with the P&G Project Manager and Financial Lead.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Social & Influence Skills: Content Planning, Best Practice, Organic & Paid Principles, Talent Leveraging, UGC/content creator understanding.
* Client & Account Management: Skilled in client relations, leading agendas, calls, and action plans.
* Planning & Growth: Opportunity spotting, innovative thinking, strategic brief interrogation.
* Commercial Skills: Drafting scopes of work, managing budgets, working with project and finance managers.
Additional Desirable Skills:
* Deep commercial awareness and practices.
High-Level Objectives:
* Oversee social planning and strategy for clients.
* Support social & influence team management.
Potential Candidate Backgrounds:
* Big creative agencies with social arms.
