Salary - Basic to £40k - OTE £70k + package
The Role
A strategic growth position focused on developing long-term FM compliance, maintenance, and interior fit-out projects.
You will:
* Build new client relationships across target sectors
* Identify FM compliance opportunities within existing customer bases
* Win new maintenance and project work
* Strengthen existing client relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
* Support business growth and future team development

Business Development
1. Secure new FM compliance, maintenance, and fit-out contracts
2. Build a sustainable pipeline aligned to revenue targets
