Job Details
* Position: Tissue Viability Community Staff Nurse
* Band: 5 (£29,970 - £36,483)
* Locations: Various, including Fartown Health Centre, Huddersfield
* Hours: Full or part-time, permanent
Main Duties
Registered nurses with a wound care interest are encouraged to apply. You will work within the Community Nursing Network and Tissue Viability Team, providing nursing services and holistic assessments using a person-centered approach. Responsibilities include wound, pressure ulcer, and leg ulcer management, utilizing Doppler ultrasound, interpreting results, and planning specialized care. You will support complex wound and leg ulcer clinics, collaborate with community teams, and facilitate self-care and health promotion activities.
