We are currently looking for a Groundworker the Brent Cross area working for well-established building contractor. This is a self-employed role, working on a new build site, on a long-term, self-employed contract.
I would love to see CV's from anyone who has worked as aLead Groundworker, Groundworks Team Leader, Skilled Labourer Kerb Layer or Concrete Finisher.
The Groundworker will be responsible for:
* Slabbing
* Paving
* Kerbs
* Digging up
* Fencing
The successful Groundworker will:
* Hold a valid CSCS card
* Will hold a full UK driving licence
* Have their own tools
* Have relevant industry experience
In return, the Groundworker will receive:
* Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
* 40 hours week
* Overtime available
* All materials provided
* Long term work
* ASAP start
Location and travel
This role is working on one site in the Brent Cross area.
